Thanks everyone for all the birthday wishes!

Had a very nice birthday/ super bowl/ get the kid's science fair projects done by monday.
Lots of gifts... computer stuff, a new computer desk, dvd's, i-tune $...  and the big surprise, hubby and the kids made me a coupon good for 'One Kitten'... which we will be picking out next weekend :)

After a bit of complaining, I've decided to embrace the fact my birthday falls on superbowl sunday this year... even if it means my birthday cake will most likely be shaped like a football *L*

I'm sitting here listening (and singing, somewhat badly *L*) to my new Glee soundtrack and realizing I don't have any Glee icons... now I must go remedy that ;)

I love a sale....
I'd been debating whether to get the new 'In Death' book in digital form (cause I'm cheap) or spring for the hardback (which I'd prefer), when it comes out... Luckily Amazon has both on sale for $9.00, so that answered my question for me. :D   Now I just need something to read until it gets here. *L*

My Computer is dead. When I turn it on I just get a screen full of vertical orange stripes and a blinking cursor and nothing else... that can't be good :(  Luckily, hubby's lap top is at home so between that and my phone, I'm not totally cut off... but all my stuffs on that computer, so if is the hard drive, I'm so screwed.

I could use a bit of advice, I will soon be in need of new book to read, preferably a long series of books to read... so I thought I'd ask f-list.

I'm just starting on book 12 (of 15) of the 'Stephanie Plum' stories by Janet Evanovich and at the rate I'm going through them, I have no doubt I will be at the last book before I know it. I really would ( Read more... )

Haven't wrote much real life stuff lately and since the kids have the day off school and I don't have to be anywhere, today seemed like as good of a day to do it as any ;)
